A “Conspiracy of Convenience” has convicted me of murders that I did not commit and has sentenced me to languish in the cruelest of death rows awaiting an unwarranted legal murder. It was convenient for Clallam County to persecute me. It was convenient for my attorneys to not defend me against false charges and evidence. It was convenient for the judge to deny my request for fair representation and then to deny me the right to represent myself. And it has been convenient for appellate courts to deny me a new and fair trial at every step of the way. All to protect a faulty conviction! Please read my appeal and ask these courts why so many of my questions go ignored and unanswered. Please contact them and demand a new and fair trial in which my innocence will be proven. If my faulty conviction is allowed to stand, the next victim of “convenience” could be you!
