More Death Row Tidbits

People have asked me, “Why am I challenging Washington’s “Lethal Injection” law when I know that this challenge won’t stop the state from murdering me?” The answer is very simple. I don’t trust this state or the Department of Corrections (DOC) to be efficient in my murder! I have existed under this state’s DOC system for about 16 years and every single one of these hellacious and horrendous days of every year, something has happened that has never failed to amaze me with their combinations of ignorance and arrogance coupled with inane and totally inept actions that seem to be built into their DOC system.

When you question them about some of their oppressive and senseless decisions, DOC politicians and employees actually seem to be quite proud of their system’s ineptitude! The system is always blamed; they somehow fail to realize that every system either fails or succeeds because of the human beings that make up the system!

The last three serial killings by the State of Washington have not been true murders; they were assisted suicides of people who did not have the courage or the intestinal fortitude to leave this world on their own. These legal serial killers have not murdered anyone recently who has fought their scheme or claimed actual innocence. It is demanded of me that I trust a system that is so inept that they cannot even follow their own petty rules and regulations. How can I trust a system to efficiently kill me when they are unable to complete successfully or on time tasks such as giving me clean clothes every day, a haircut every month, hot meals while they are hot, or medication refills on time? They take not pride in doing of their daily jobs, but they seem to take a lot of pride in their legal murder abilities!

I recently gave testimony by video conference in my lethal injection challenge hearings and once again I was amazed and confounded with the ineptitude and the uncaring, senseless, and even vicious attitude of the Attorney General’s Office! The only question that I can even recall asked of me by petty appointed politicians of that office was this: “When I am finally strapped down on their execution table and Supt. Sinclair is staring down at me, will I pretend to be unconscious?” This question was so absolutely asinine and absurd that the court audience started to laugh at him. It was so ridiculous and out of the blue, I had to ask him to restate it, which he did. But then in realizing how ridiculous it was, Mr. Samson retreated behind his table and asked me no further questions. For this quality representation, you—Washington taxpayers—shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary for each of these many appointed petty politician attorneys!

Another example of the quality work that they do for you tax payers occurred a few weeks ago. Some of these appointed political lawyers submitted a request to the courts stating that my audacity to challenge their lethal injection scheme means that I was really choosing to be hung by my neck until it snaps! So all of these courtroom procedures should be stopped so that I should be murdered by hanging immediately!

It never fails to amaze me in watching and listening to these politicians do absolutely everything that they can to see me murdered just to protect their faculty conviction! They don’t want to see the truth of my case be presented to the courts and the public. There is no fairness in their world! But all their lies, collusion, contrived rules, and unethical behavior is okay because they represent the state! Apparently when the Attorney General’s Office was asked what medications their employees were on to influence them to present their hanging brief to the court, someone was very embarrassed and the brief was withdrawn the next day!

Did you know that the State of Washington has an Association of Prosecuting Attorneys? These people have taken it upon themselves to decide that voters in certain counties really don’t know enough about what they want in their elected officials and in some cases they appoint “Special Prosecutors” to do the jobs of these counties elected officials! For Clallam and Kitsap Counties this person is Mad Dog Pam Loginsky! This person’s sole reason for existence right now is to try to get me legally murdered before the evidence of my ineffective to non-existent assistance of counsel issues and before evidence of Clallam County Sheriff’s Dept. personal and prosecutor’s criminal misconduct in suppressing and hiding evidence and suborning witness perjury can be brought before courts who will not overlook these events as “harmless errors.” She has to get this done before the courts decide that they can no longer protect this faculty conviction for petty politicians! If you could read the venom and the viciousness that is contained in Ms. Loginsky’s court briefs you would demand your tax money back that pays her appointed salary and the salaries of other non-elected and unneeded politicians! Millions of people and businesses in this country have direct financial troubles and still this state is wantonly wasting millions of your hard earned tax dollars to legally murder an innocent man just to protect their legal killing scheme and a faculty conviction! When talking and writing about their serial murder system, this state’s politicians even call it a “scheme”!

You Washington tax payers are also getting stuck to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for DOC mail censors to go through every magazine and book sent to jails to ferret out every thing that the paid zealots consider to be obscene or objectionable and they have determined that the female torso is obscene and is okay for homosexuals and female prisoners to view! How Washington female citizens have allowed themselves to be declared obscene by anyone is beyond me!

In further writing about censorship in the DOC I want to tell you of a humorous event that recently happened to mat at Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla. The DOC censors have decided any letter that arrives here without a return address on it will be unopened and rejected. I have been told that the reason for this is that they feel that these types of letters could be letter bombs of some sort and will not be opened. Somehow they haven’t figure out that some one devious and intelligent enough to create a letter bomb would probably be smart enough to write a bogus name and return address on the envelope! Anyway, I recently received a mail rejection notice telling me that I had received a letter postmarked from Ghana, Africa, but that it had no return address on it so I could either sent it our or let it be destroyed. The DOC censors have decided that it is okay for someone else to open these potentially killer letters, so I had it sent out to one of my sisters to open up. When I asked her about it, she started laughing and told me that the letter was from a supposed Catholic priest in Ghana who wrote me that he had an intimate relationship with my judge and if I sent him $3,000 and then promised to send another $2000 later, he would get my judge to overturn my sentence and I would be able to go home! Who knew that this was all that it could take!? How bizarre; not only do I have to endure constant and daily threats to my very being and life form the state and DOC officials, but I am also game for international scammers! What is this world coming to? But just in case, I think that I will send him a certified I.O.U.!

I want to inform the citizens of Washington a little more about their hired professional members of their DOC paid serial killing teams here at Walla Walla. I was recently reading a deposition from a petty DOC politician who was telling about a practice session party that their serial killer team on for her benefit in one of their residence kitchens! They actually practiced how they were going to murder me on his kitchen table with family pictures looking down from being magnetically attached to his refrigerator! The only thing that this DOC politician neglected to mention about their murderous practice party was the amount of beer that was consumed at their killing party scene! This is the state of the legal serial murder scheme system that the state and DOC politicians have devised to carry out in the name of Washington citizens!
